Shop information
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy products directly from the ArtiVersa shop.
Seller
The direct shop is operated by ArtiVersa. For questions about these terms, orders or customer service, contact [email protected].
Products
ArtiVersa sells printed art products such as posters, calendars and mugs. Product photos and mockups are intended to represent the product clearly, but small differences in colour, crop, paper, finish or monitor display can occur.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through the online checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is completed and an order confirmation is issued. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for that order.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected market. The final payable amount is shown before payment. We may change product prices at any time, but this does not affect orders already confirmed.
Production and delivery
Products are made to order after payment. Production and delivery estimates are provided in the shipping policy and at checkout where applicable. Risk passes to the customer when the product has been delivered to the delivery address, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Returns, withdrawal and defective products
Consumer withdrawal rights, returns and refunds are described in the returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
Intellectual property
Product designs, images, copy, brand assets and website content remain the property of ArtiVersa or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
ArtiVersa is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or damage caused by misuse of products, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
