Shipping Policy

The direct shop currently serves the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Poland. The market selected in the shop determines the delivery country available at checkout.

Standard tracked shipping is free for direct-shop orders unless a different amount is clearly shown before payment. The final order total is always displayed during checkout before you pay.

Most products are produced within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit usually takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier capacity, customs-like checks within carrier networks, incorrect address details or local delivery disruptions.

When tracking is available, we send the tracking information to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received tracking or your parcel appears delayed, contact [email protected].

Please check your shipping address before payment. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Once production or dispatch has started, address changes may no longer be possible.
