Returns & Refunds
This policy explains how cancellations, EU withdrawal rights, returns and refunds work for direct-shop orders.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To use this right, email [email protected] with your order details and a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning the product
After notifying us that you want to withdraw, send the product back within 14 days. Products should be returned in a condition that allows normal inspection. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but unnecessary handling that reduces its value may be deducted from the refund where allowed by law.
Return shipping cost
You are responsible for the cost of returning a non-defective product unless we agree otherwise. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
Refund timing
We refund eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the returned product or proof that you sent it back. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.
Personalized products
Products made to your individual specification or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where EU consumer law allows this. If a product is personalized, this will be made clear before you order.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order details and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
