ArtiVersa is responsible for processing personal data in the direct shop. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

• Contact details such as name, email address and shipping address.
• Order details such as product, quantity, price, currency, country and order status.
• Checkout and payment status from Stripe. We do not receive or store raw card details.
• Customer service messages you send to us.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the shop.
• Your selected market may be stored locally in your browser to remember the right storefront.

• To process payment and complete your order.
• To print, package and ship your product.
• To provide customer service, returns and refunds.
• To comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations.
• To keep the shop secure and prevent misuse.

We use trusted service providers for checkout, payment processing, hosting, order handling, printing, shipping, email and technical operations. These providers may process only the data needed to perform their service. Stripe processes payments through its own secure systems.

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by applicable law. Customer service correspondence and operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and dispute handling.

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
